Statement

A. Food grade sodium metabisulfite is used in bleach (sweet, confectionery, water-soaked bamboo slices, etc.), leavening agent (bread, biscuits, etc.); antiseptic, corrosion resistant (fruit juice, jar, brewing, grain storage, etc.), antioxidant agent (acupuncture needle sprouts, seafood, gardening tools, etc.)
B. Technical grade sodium metabisulfite, used as a mordant for printing and dyeing; antichlor after fabric bleaching, chemical and medicinal reducing agent and sulfonating agent; bleaching agent for bamboo, wood and paper fibers; means for straightening non-ferrous metals; wastewater finishing agent; rubber coagulator; alkyl spice aldehyde in the spice industry; depilatory agent, emollient and anti-wear agent in the leather industry; developer reducing agent and fixative protecting agent in the sensitizing industry.
