The machine is a single column structure. It is composed of beam, workbench, beam lifting mechanism, hydraulic device and electrical control cabinet. The characteristics of this structure are as follows:

1. Workbench mechanism

The mechanism of the workbench is composed of a workbench, a workbench base and a spindle device. The workbench has the functions of starting, stopping, pushing and gear shifting. The workbench is designed to withstand loads in the vertical direction. The machine can operate normally in ambient temperatures of 0-40 degrees .

2. Beam mechanism

The beam is placed in front of the column, so that the beam moves vertically along the column, and there is a lifting box at the top of the column, driven by an AC motor, and the worm gear and screw make the beam move up and down the column guide. All the main parts are made of high-strength low tension cast iron HT300. After aging treatment, the stress is eliminated, which ensures the precision of the machine tool as well as sufficient pressure resistance and rigidity.

3. Vertical tool holder

The vertical tool holder is composed of beam carriage, rotary saddle, square carriage and hydraulic mechanism. The ram material is HT300. After quenching and tempering, the surface of the guide rail is hardened after roughing, and then a high-precision guide rail grinding machine is used for fine grinding. It has the characteristics of high precision, good precision and stability, and no deformation. The ram pressure plate is equipped with a closed pressure plate, which improves the stability of its structure. The ram moves quickly, and the tool holder ram is equipped with a hydraulic balancing device to balance part of the ram's weight and ensure smooth ram movement.

4. Main transmission mechanism

The machine's main transmission gearbox is equipped with a sixteen-speed gearbox, which pushes the oil cylinder through the hydraulic solenoid valve to achieve sixteen-speed variable speed. The box material is HT300, which has undergone aging twice, is not deformed and has good stability.

5．electrical system

The electrical control components of the machine are installed in the power distribution cabinet, and all control components are centrally installed in the pendant push-button station.

6. Hydraulic station

The hydraulic station includes: workbench static pressure system, final drive speed control system, beam clamping system, vertical tool holder hydraulic balance system. The workbench hydrostatic system is powered by the oil pump, and the hydrostatic oil is distributed to each oil tank. The height of the workbench suspension is adjustable to 0,06-0,15 mm.
