Basic design properties of the machine
The machine is designed as a gantry structure. There are left and right columns, connecting beams and workbench bases connected to each other to form a frame structure, which consists of a gantry, final drive gearbox, workbench, beam, beam lifting mechanism, left and right vertical tool holder, hydraulic device, electrical control cabinet, etc.
1.Workbench part
It consists of a workbench, a workbench base, a spindle device and a transmission mechanism.
The workbench has the functions of start, stop, jog and gear shift. The spindle is equipped with double row centripetal short cylindrical roller bearings, and the inner ring has tapered holes. Radial clearance is adjustable to ensure spindle rotation accuracy. The workbench is equipped with a DC hydrostatic guide, which can bear the load in the vertical direction, and the machine can work normally under ambient temperature of 0-40 degree.
2.Gantry
The gantry is composed of left and right columns and connecting beams. There is a lifting box at the top of the gantry, driven by an AC motor, and the beam is lifted and moved along the guide of the left and right columns by means of a worm pair and a double screw. The left and right stands of the machine , connecting beams and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron with low stress level and hardness HB170-190, which gives the machine greater strength and rigidity. After aging treatment, the stress is eliminated and the machine becomes more durable. The accuracy of the machine operation is ensured.
3.Beam part
It consists of a beam, a horizontal feed transfer structure, a clamping mechanism and a hydraulic device.
The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron, which has sufficient rigidity, strength and aging treatment to ensure the precision of the machine. The beam is located in front of the column so that the beam moves vertically along the column. There are 4 hydraulic clamping points behind the beam, and the clamping mechanism is locked by the motor beam lifting and lubrication system. It is controlled by the beam lift button to ensure the stability of the beam.
4.The right tool holder is CNC and the left tool holder is DVT
The left tool holder is controlled by Beijing super synchronous system and consists of beam carriage, ram, balancing cylinder, ball screw, planetary gearbox and super synchronous servo motor assembly. The ram has a square shape, made of QT500 material (with a cross section of 240x240 mm). The tool holder can move horizontally along the beam, and the ram moves vertically along the carriage. It is driven by a super synchronous servo motor. The planetary gearbox decelerates to increase torque, and the ball screw drives the tool holder. The tool holder ram is equipped with a hydraulic balancing device to balance part of the ram's weight and ensure smooth movement of the ram.
The right tool holder is a CNC machined tool holder, which is composed of beam carriage, ram, balancing cylinder, ball screw, planetary gearbox and servo motor assembly. The ram uses square ram made of QT500 material (cross section 240x240mm), feed is adjusted by servo motor, the vertical ram is driven by the servo motor, the ball screw makes vertical movement, and the tool holder ram is equipped with a hydraulic balancing device to balance part of the weight of the ram, so that the ram moves smoothly without falling or crawling.
The gearbox is driven by a 55KW electric motor, and the gearbox transmission is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to drive the variable speed gear to achieve variable rotation speed. The gear material - 42 is chromium-molybdenum and hardened with high hardness. The hardness reaches HRC52-58, the tooth surface is polished, and the precision can reach 6- level.
5. Hydraulic system of the machine
All main control components of the hydraulic system are made from products of well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers and are characterized by reliable operation. The main role of the system is:
① The hydraulic cylinder of the final drive transmission provides variable speed power;
② To ensure the oil supply to the hydrostatic pressure device of the workbench guide rail;
③ Add oil to the plunger balancing cylinder;
④ Supply oil to the beam clamp cylinder system;
⑤ Lubrication and oil supply related to machine tools.
6.Lubrication system
Each lubrication system of the entire machine is equipped with automatic lubrication stations, ensuring that each lubrication point can be completely lubricated regularly and quantitatively, and there is also a set of automatic lubrication stations for the left and right tool holders.
7.electrical system
The machine is controlled by Siemens 808D CNC system and the DVT tool holder is controlled by PLC. The system control components and electric drive units are installed in a separate power distribution cabinet, and all control components are centrally installed on the cabinet's floor-to-ceiling key panel. The control part is concentrated on the independent floor console, and the CNC tool holder and DVT tool holder are respectively equipped with portable devices, which are simple, convenient and flexible in operation.
Power supply: three-phase AC 380V±10%, 50Hz.
The electrical circuit of the machine complies with international general design standards, can meet the relevant technological requirements of the buyer, and is equipped with the necessary interlocking and protection devices.
